Project Manager at project site is personally responsible for all co- Ordination between site and relevant support office, he will also liaise with client’s local office on a daily basis to fulfill day to day affairs. 24 / 7 he will be supported by the corporate team for related supports.

QHSE Manager & Manager Operations will visit project at least once in 15 days ,site training champ will lead all the safety and operational training classes as per our weekly schedule.
In accordance to operational exigencies, we establish temporary project / support office in conjunction with client/ project Needs any where nationally or internationally.
